Sponsorship form for Walk of Hope Saturday 25th June 9.30am 16 miles route via canals to Birmingham Bull Ring from Walsall Town Hall . Target to raise enough funds for 100 operations treating cataract patients in October 2011 in northern Pakistan. Total Cost of one operation is £25. So if you are able to gift aid ( if you pay any tax) each person and sponsor towards the target of £2500 100 people will see again and be able to support themselves and their families.
