GIFT OF SIGHT SPONSORED WALK

We hope you can join us on Sunday 15th July 2pm at Walsall Arboretum Extension car park for a stroll in the park for 4 miles and help raise enough funds to do 200 cataract operations in Northern Pakistan in October 2012. each operation costs £25 and each will resore the sight and so give the patient the freedom to be independent and able to look after their families.
The route is  all on safe footpaths. young people 11 to 16 must have a consent form signed to take part and any young people under age of 11 must be accompanied by a named adult . Free samosas kindly provided along with soft drinks.

Gift of Sight Sponsored 4 Mile Walk

Walsall Arboretum

Midland International Aid Trust and its partners British Muslim Youth Group (BMYG) and Oak Tree Trust
 would love to see you participate in a fun sponsored walk in aid of helping restore sight to people who without
your support may not otherwise be treated.

The total cost of one cataract operation in northern Pakistan is just £25 this will enable a blind person
to see again and so be able to support themselves and their families The length of this fun walk is 4 miles. 
 If you are able to gift aid (if you pay any tax) each person, this will increase the value of your gift.
We also have 2 people who will each match your donation pound for pound.

We want to help as many people as we possibly can and are counting on you to raise as much as you can.
There will be refreshments at the end of the walk and a half way stopping point for rest and drinks.

         So if you raise £10, match donor 1 will add £10 and match donor 2 will add £10 you will have raised £30

  

You are reminded to wear suitable footwear and comfortable clothing, umbrella in case of rain
and bring with you any relevant medical    requirements such as asthma inhalers etc.
